    1. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HAMPSHIRE MODEL WORK STREAMS - FREE CRISIS CARE

      To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services setting out the strategic approach for the proposed implementation of free crisis care.

B. NON-CONFIDENTIAL NON-KEY DECISIONS

    2. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT AWARDS TO ALRESFORD AND
    MEON VALLEY DAY CENTRES

      To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval for the award of two contracts for day centre services, at Alresford Day Centre and Meon Valley Day Centre respectively.


    3. GRANTS TO VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS 2009/10

      To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval to the award of grants to `Positive Action' and `Groundswell' in support of their work with people who are infected with HIV, and/or with the relatives, partners and associates of people who are affected by HIV.
