1. SAFE AND STRONG COMMUNITIES BUDGET

      To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning the development of the County Strategy for Crime and Disorder and apportionment of the Safe and Strong Communities Budget.

B. NON-KEY DECISIONS (NON EXEMPT/CONFIDENTIAL)

2. GRANTS TO VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS

      To consider a report of the Chief Executive on applications received from Voluntary and Community Organisations for financial assistance.

3. CIVIL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT STRATEGY

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment concerning a contract strategy to procure highways, transport and wider civil engineering related professional services for the Environment department.

4. FINAL ACCOUNTS 2008/09

      To consider a report of the County Treasurer on the Final Accounts for 2008/09. (To follow).

5. CONSULTATION ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT REGULATIONS 2003

        To consider a report of the Chief Executive, County Treasurer and Director of Human Resources on the consultation by the Department for Communities and Local Government on proposed amendments to the Accounts and Audit Regulations.

6. PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES TO NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY

    To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning proposed provision of legal services to New Forest Park Authority on a partnership basis.

7. DWELLINGS AT MITCHELL BUILDINGS, YATELEY AND VELMEAD ROAD, FLEET

    To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning that eight dwellings at Mitchell Buildings, Yateley and Velmead Road, Fleet.

8. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

      RECOMMENDATION:

      That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

9. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TALENTED YOUNG PEOPLE IN SPORT (SUPPORTED BY THE MICHAEL AUSTIN HARLICK TRUST)

      To consider an exempt report of the Director of Children's Services recommending grants from the Financial Assistance for Talented Young People in Sport budget and the Michal Austin Harlick Trust.

10. SCHEDULE OF ROUTINE TRANSACTIONS

      To consider an exempt report of the Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services on proposed routine transactions.
