1. ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 FINAL POSITION AND 2009/10 AMENDMENTS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment reviewing the 2008/09 Environment service capital programme, and proposing amendments to the 2009/10 programme.
2. RESPONSE TO DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT CONSULTATION - `A SAFER WAY'
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed response to the Department for Transport consultation on the vision, targets and measures for improving road safety in Britain for the period beyond 2010.
3. LOCAL BUS SERVICE 38 / 38A / 138 CONTRACT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed contract arrangements for local bus service 38 / 38a/ 138.
4. TRANSPORT CONTRIBUTIONS POLICY
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending approval of transport improvement schemes to support the seeking of Transport Contributions in the Winchester district.
5. APPOINTMENTS TO STATUTORY JOINT COMMITTEES AND OUTSIDE BODIES
To consider making appointments to various Statutory Joint Committees, outside bodies and other organisations within the Environment portfolio.
