1. CIVIL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK - AUTHORITY TO TENDER

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment concerning procurement of highways, transport and wider civil engineering related professional services for the Environment department.

B. NON-KEY DECISIONS (NON EXEMPT/CONFIDENTIAL)

2. GRANTS TO VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS (to follow)

    To consider a report of the Chief Executive on applications received from Voluntary and Community Organisations for financial assistance.

3. APPOINTMENTS TO STATUTORY JOINT COMMITTEES AND OUTSIDE BODIES (to follow)

    To consider making appointments to various Statutory Joint Committees, outside bodies and other organisations within the Policy and Resources portfolio.

4. RESPONSE TO DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT CONSULTATION - POSSIBLE CHANGES TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF CONCESSIONARY TRAVEL (to follow)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed response to the Department for Transport consultation.

5. RESPONSE TO DEPARTMENT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, FOOD AND RURAL AFFAIRS CONSULTATION - DRAFT FLOOD AND WATER MANAGEMENT BILL (to follow)

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed response to the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs consultation.

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

    RECOMMENDATION:

    That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

    To consider an exempt report of the County Treasurer and Chief Executive (Director of Human Resources) on a staffing matter.
