1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

To receive any apologies for absence.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any

matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having

regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the

County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst

the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with

paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the

relevant debate.

To confirm the Minutes of the meeting of the Management Committee held on

    3 April 2009.

6. HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT

To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs summarising the activities, incidents and events on the River from 1 May 2009.

    7. ENVIRONMENT UPDATE

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs summarising key aspects relating to the environment management of the Harbour since 2009.

    8. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES

To consider an update report from the Director of Culture, Communities and
Rural Affairs providing an update on a number of current issues relating to
management of the River Hamble

    9. RIVER HAMBLE FINAL ACCOUNTS 2008/09 AND HARBOUR DUES
    POLICY 2010


    To consider a report from the County Treasurer and Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs.

    10. REVIEW OF HARBOUR DUES FOR CANOES, KAYAKS ETC

    To consider a report from the Director for Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs for a review of the current policy of exempting vessels using the River Hamble without engines or sails from the requirement to pay Harbour Dues.

    11. CAR AND TRAILER PARKING ADJACENT TO THE RIVER HAMBLE

    To consider a report from the Director for Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs providing data on car parking and trailer parking adjacent to the River Hamble.

    12. FUTURE MANAGEMENT OF HARBOUR AUTHORITY PATROL BOATS

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage detailing the long-

      term costs and other factors to be taken into account before deciding whether to

      replace or refit the current Harbour Patrol boats and proposing a

      recommendation for long-term policy.
