1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    To receive a presentation on the work of the Committee and consider the Committee's forthcoming Work Programme

5. HAMPSHIRE WILDLIFE TRUST

    To receive a presentation from the Hampshire Wildlife Trust about its work.

6. LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICE STRATEGY AND VISION

    To consider the Library and Information Service strategy and vision following the review undertaken by the Committee in 2007/08

7. HARD TO REACH GROUPS

    To receive the report and consider the recommendations of the Hard to Reach Groups Review Panel

8. RURAL DELIVERY ACTION PLAN

    To receive an overview of the work undertaken in relation to service delivery to rural communities since July 2008 by the Director of Culture Communities and Rural Affairs

9. ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE - GENERAL UPDATE

    To receive an update on the Countryside Service's role in managing the public rights of way network and improving access to the countryside
