1. CULTURE, COMMUNITIES AND RURAL AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on proposals for a new senior management structure in the Department.
2. FIND YOUR TALENT 2009/10 PLAN
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs seeking approval of the Find Your Talent 2009/10 Plan and the
future direction of the project.
3. COUNTY COUNCIL RESPONSE TO THE "LEARNING REVOLUTION" WHITE PAPER
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs on the County Council's response to the Learning Revolution" White Paper.
4. 2012 OLYMPICS
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs giving an update on the County Council's activities and
partnerships working for the 2012 Olympics.
5. FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2008/09 AND 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs and the County Treasurer on the financial and performance
position for the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs Department in
2008/09 and outlining the key financial issues for 2009/10.
6. MUSEUMS TRUSTS ACCOUNTS FOR 2008/09
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs on the accounts of the Museums Trusts for 2008/09.
7. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs on the financial position of the Community Buildings Fund for 2009/10 and requests received for partnership funding in respect of community facilities in Test Valley, Winchester, East Hampshire, New Forest, Basingstoke and Deane, Gosport and Fareham.
8. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR THE REVENUE AND PROJECT COSTS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural
Affairs on applications for partnership funding from Community Associations in Andover, Eastleigh, Winchester, Havant, East Hampshire and Fareham.
9. APPOINTMENTS TO STATUTORY JOINT COMMITTEES AND OUTSIDE BODIES
To consider making appointments to various Statutory Joint Committees, outside bodies and other organisations within the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs portfolio.
