All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any
matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having
regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the
County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst
the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with
paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the
relevant debate.

To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs summarizing key aspects relating to the environment management of the Harbour since February 2009.
9. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs informing the Board of a number of current issues pertaining to the management of the River Hamble.
10. RIVER HAMBLE FINAL ACCOUNTS 2008/09 AND HARBOUR DUES
POLICY 2010
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs which outlines the final accounts of the Harbour Authority for the year ended 31 March 29009 and which also makes a recommendation for the Harbour Dues policy in 2010.
11. REVIEW OF HARBOUR DUES FOR CANOES, KAYAKS ETC
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs reviewing the current policy of exempting vessels using the River Hamble without engines or sails, that are being rowed or paddled from the requirement to pay Harbour Dues.
12. FUTURE MANAGEMENT OF HARBOUR AUTHORITY PATROL BOATS
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs
detailing the long-term costs and other factors to be taken into account before deciding whether to refit or replace one or more of the current Harbour Patrol boats and which also makes a recommendation for along-term policy.
