1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

2. WORK PROGRAMME

      To receive a presentation on the work of the Committee and consider the Committee's forthcoming Work Programme

3. MINUTES

To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 24 March 2009.

4. CHAIRMAN'S COMMUNICATIONS

To receive any communications the Chairman may have for this meeting.

5. ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE AND HOUSING GROWTH

    To receive the report of the Road Infrastructure and Housing Growth Scrutiny Review Group and consider its recommendations.

6. TRANSPORT IN THE COMMUNITY

    To consider the progress made following the scrutiny review of Transport in the Community and the progress made with the Yellow Bus school transport pilot.

7. WIDTH OF RURAL ROADS

To consider scrutiny arrangements for the scrutiny of safeguarding the width of rural roads.
