1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. 5. CRIME AND DISORDER SCRUTINY - UPDATE
To consider the report of the Chief Executive on arrangements for Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships
6. SAFEGUARDING ADULTS
To consider arrangements for the safeguarding of adults in Hampshire in response to the CSCI comments to Adult Services and how safeguarding relates to the implementation of the personalisation programme.
7. PREPARING FOR AN ELDERLY POPULATION (AGE PROOFING MAINSTREAM PUBLIC SERVICES)
To receive an oral update on the progress being made with this review
8. LOCAL INVOLVEMENT NETWORKS (LINks)
To welcome the Chairman of Hampshire LINk, Tom Smith, and note the work programme being carried out.
