1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with Paragraph 12 of the Code. Committee (5 Members including one co-opted member)

b. South Central Health Overview and Scrutiny Committees (2 Members)

c. Portsmouth City Council Health Overview and Scrutiny Panel (1 Member)

d. West Sussex Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (2 Members)

e. Rural Ambulance Services (2 Members)

and to authorise the Officers, in consultation with the Chairman, to nominate deputies should the Members appointed be unable to attend any of the meetings for these bodies.

6. OUT OF HOURS SERVICE AND UNSCHEDULED CARE .

To receive an oral update and presentation on the current position with the Out of Hours Service and unscheduled care

7. PROPOSALS TO DEVELOP OR VARY NHS SERVICES

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on proposals from the NHS to vary or

develop health services in the area of the Committee.
