To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs regarding an outline proposal for improved library services in Hampshire.
2. RESPONSE TO GOVERNMENT CONSULTATION DRAFT: ARCHIVES FOR THE 21ST CENTURY
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs regarding the County Council's response on the consultation document "Archives for the 21st Century"
3. WATERLOOVILLE LIBRARY - REFURBISHMENT PROPOSALS
To consider a joint report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs and Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning refurbishment proposals for Waterlooville Library.
4. CONCESSIONARY OFFER TO THE ARMED FORCES AND NEW CITIZENS FOR ADMISSION TO SPECIFIED MUSEUMS, HERITAGE SITES AND COUNTRY PARKS
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on a proposal to introduce a concessionary offer for admission to specified museums, heritage sites and country parks.
5. RENAISSANCE SOUTH EAST
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs giving an update on the Renaissance South East and the museums development programme for the region.
6. AMENDMENT TO THE LIST OF SPORTS LINKED WITH HAMPSHIRE TALENTED ATHLETE SCHEME AND THE FREE ACCESS FOR NATIONAL AND COUNTY SPORTS PEOPLE SCHEMES
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs regarding an amendment to the list of sports linked to the above sports schemes.

To consider a joint report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs and the County Treasurer on the financial and performance
position for the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs Department in 2009/10.
8. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on applications received for partnership funding from community associations in East Hampshire, New Forest, Winchester and Test Valley.
9. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS - SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION 2009/10
