1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. To receive any communications the Chairman may have for this meeting.
4. ENVIRONMENT AGENCY
To receive a presentation from Jim Barker, Planning and Corporate Services Manager, Solent and South Downs Area on the work of the Environment Agency.
5. ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE AND HOUSING GROWTH
To receive the response of the Executive Member for the Environment and other observations on the recommendations of the Review Panel
6. TRANSPORT IN THE COMMUNITY
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on Transport Forums. the costings of the "Yellow Bus" scheme and the Scottish approach to the bus subsidy scheme.
7. MINERALS PLAN
To receive an update on progress being made with the Minerals Plan
8. FLOODING
To note that arrangements have been made for a light touch scrutiny on Flooding to take place on 2 November 2009
9 STREET LIGHTING
To receive an update from the Director of the Environment on the trials of reduced lighting and progress with the implementation of the recommendations of the review.
10 TRADE WASTE CONTROLS
To receive an update from the Director of the Environment on progress made with the implementation of trade waste controls.
11 STATE OF HAMPSHIRE ROADS
To receive an update from the Director of the Environment on progress being made with the recommendations of the review.
12 WORK PROGRAMME
To consider the Committee's forthcoming Work Programme.
