1. REVENUE BUDGET, PERFORMANCE AND WORKFORCE MONITORING 2009/10

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment regarding management of Environment services during the first quarter of the 2009/10 financial year.

2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2009/10 - PROGRESS AND AMENDMENTS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment updating progress towards delivering the Environment Department's 2009/10 capital Programme.

3. BUS SERVICE C1/C2 EASTLEIGH - RETENDERING

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending the award of a contract for C1/C2 bus service following the need to re-tender.






4. TRANSFER OF HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRES WITHIN THE WASTE DISPOSAL CONTRACT (RECYCLING CONTRACT 6)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the transfer of the three Recycling Contract 6 household waste recycling centres (HWRC's) - Farnborough, Southampton, and Portsmouth - from the Waste Disposal Contract to the HRWC Contract.
