1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. 4. CHILD PROTECTION - LESSONS LEARNED FROM HARINGEY COUNCIL

    To receive a presentation from the Director of Children's Services on lessons learned from Haringey Council following Baby "P"

5. 16 -19 YEAR OLDS - RESPONSIBILITY TRANSFER

      To receive an update from the Director of Children's Services on the progress of the planning for the transfer of responsibilities for 16 - 19 responsibilities from the Learning and Skills Council

6. ADMISSIONS - ARRANGEMENTS AND OUTCOMES

    To receive a report from the Director of Children's Services giving an overview of school admission arrangements.

7. THERAPY SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AND COMPLEX CARE NEEDS

      To note the arrangements for the joint review of therapy services for children with disabilities and complex care needs with the Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee, the first meeting of the Panel having taken place on 22 September 2009 . The membership of the Review Panel being:
