1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

4. SUPPORT PROVIDED TO DEAFBLIND CHILDREN AND ADULTS - MOTION REFERRED FROM COUNTY COUNCIL

To give consideration to the motion referred by County Council regarding the Department of Health guidance on support to deafblind children and adults.

5. HANTSDIRECT - UPDATE

To receive a presentation from the Chief Executive giving an update on progress with Hantsdirect.

6. HAMPSHIRE LOCAL AREA AGREEMENT

To receive the report of the Chief Executive on the progress of the background and development of the Hampshire Local Agreement.

7. CORPORATE BIODIVERSITY ACTION PLAN MONITORING

To receive a report from the Director of the Environment giving an update on the Corporate Biodiversity Action Plan

8. RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION

To receive the report of the Recruitment and Retention Panel and consider its recommendations

9. POLICY AND RESOURCES GRANTS TO VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS

To receive an update from the Chief Executive on the steps being taken to ensure that larger grants being given from the Policy and Resources grants scheme to voluntary and community organisations provide the Council with best value for money.

10. FINANCIAL SCRUTINY - BUDGET MONITORING 2009/10

To receive the report of the County Treasurer giving the County Council's ongoing financial position in the current financial year.

11. IT DISASTER RECOVERY

To receive a report from the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services about the IT disaster recovery capability and the extent to which departments were aware of the need to reflect limits of IT disaster recovery in their own service continuity plans in the event of a major disruption to IT provision.

12. WORK PROGRAMME

To consider the Committee's forthcoming Work Programme
