      To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Service recommending approval of the 2009-2010 Food and Agriculture Service Plan

3. SIR HAROLD HILLIER GARDENS - APPOINTMENT OF PATRONS

      To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Service regarding the appointment of Patrons of Sir Harold Hillier Gardens.

4. APPOINTMENT TO THE HAMPSHIRE PARTNERSHIP NHS TRUST

      To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning the Member appointment to the Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust.

5. EVELYN MACE EDUCATIONAL TRUST SCHOLARSHIPS 2009/10 ACADEMIC YEAR

        To consider a report of the County Treasurer recommending approval of nine scholarship awards based on the provisions of the Evelyn Mace Educational Trust.

6. POLICY AND RESOURCES BUDGET MONITORING 2009/10

      To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Chief Officers on proposed action to manage budgets within the cash limits for 2009/10.

7. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

      RECOMMENDATION:

      That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
