A. KEY DECISIONS
1. RETENDERING OF LOCAL BUS SERVICES - ANDOVER
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking authority to award tenders for new four year bus subsidy contracts for the Andover area.
2. RETENDERING OF LOCAL BUS SERVICES - FAREHAM AND GOSPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking authority to award tenders for new four year bus subsidy contracts for the Fareham and Gosport area .
3. RETENDERING OF LOCAL BUS SERVICES - BASINGSTOKE
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking authority to award tenders for new four year bus subsidy contracts for the Basingstoke area.

4. ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE PROVIDERS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending (i) the priorities for the provision of Environmental Services delivered through grants from the Environment Department and (ii) amended objectives for provision of Environmental Services grants.
5. READING TRANSPORT INNOVATION FUND BID
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending that Hampshire County Council sign up to partnership status as a Programme Partner for the Reading Transport innovation Fund Project.
6. FUTURE SUPPORT FOR YELABUS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending that a grant of £5,750 be awarded to YelaBus for a six month period from 1 January to 30 June 2010, subject to the satisfactory negotiation of agreed milestones with YelaBus.
7. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

To consider the exempt appendix which accompanies the report of the Director of Environment seeking authority to award tenders for new four year bus subsidy contracts for the Fareham and Gosport area (agenda item 2).
