    1. FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (DOMICILIARY AND SUPPORT WORKERS) FOR PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY

    To consider a report from the Director of Adult Services recommending a full tendering process to establish a framework agreement to supply domiciliary and support workers for people with a learning disability who are living in their own homes.

    2. EXTRA-CARE HOUSING CAPITAL FUNDING

    To consider a report from the Director of Adult Services recommending approval to commit capital funding of £1.62m to the three new-build
    Extra-Care schemes in Andover (£450,000), Basingstoke (£720,000) and Fleet (£450,000).

3. COMMUNITY INNOVATIONS GRANTS TO COUNCILS FOR VOLUNTARY SERVICES

      To consider a report from the Director Adult Services recommending expansion of the Community Innovations Teams as part of the Hampshire Model of Personalisation through the award of grants to the Councils for Voluntary Services to fund the appointment of Community Development Workers.
