1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 24 July 2009.
3. CHAIRMAN'S COMMUNICATIONS
To receive any communications the Chairman may have for this meeting.
4. MENTAL CAPACITY ACT
To receive a report from the Director of Adult Services on performance in Year 2 of the Independent Mental Capacity Act service and the introduction of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
5. MENTAL HEALTH
To receive a report from the Director of Adult Services on performance in relation to the annual Mental Health National Service Framework, the use of the Mental Health Act and the national service user survey.
6. PERSONALISATION AND COMMUNITY INNOVATIONS
To receive a report/presentation from the Director of Adult Services on personalisation and community innovation.
7. HEALTH AND WELLBEING PARTNERSHIP
To receive a presentation from the Director of Adult Services outlining the work of the Health and Wellbeing Partnership, its impact and its responsibilities.
8. PREPARING FOR AN ELDERLY POPULATION (AGE PROOFING MAINSTREAM PUBLIC SERVICES)
To receive an oral update on the progress being made with this review
9. WORK PROGRAMME
To consider the Committee's forthcoming Work Programme
