All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. 5. HEALTHIER HAMPSHIRE: HEALTH AND WELLBEING PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY
To consider a report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval of Healthier Hampshire, Hampshire's first Health and Wellbeing Partnership Strategy.
6. REVIEW OF RELATIONSHIP WITH VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY SECTOR - IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR CONSULTATION
To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking approval to publish for consultation, the draft Improvement Plan which sets out the County Council's approach to improving the relationship with the voluntary and community sector.
7. SOUTH COAST STREET LIGHTING PRIVATE FINANCE AGREEMENT
To consider a report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer defining the approvals required by the lawyers acting for the banks providing private finance for the South Coast Street Lighting Project.

8. UPDATE ON SWINE FLU ISSUES (VERBAL)
To receive a verbal update from the Chief Executive (County Emergency Planning Officer) concerning the measures taken by the County Council to respond to swine flu issues.
9. THE FUTURE OF HAMPSHIRE ACTION TEAMS
To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on proposals to re-launch Hampshire Action Teams following completion of the pilot.
10. CORPORATE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY
To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval of the Corporate Procurement Strategy for the County Council and its associated procurement improvement plans.
11. SOUTH DOWNS JOINT COMMITTEE - MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REVISION
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of amendments to the agreement constituting the South Downs Joint Committee to enable it to deliver operational services until the end of March 2011 whilst the South Downs National Park Authority operates in shadow form.
12. ACCESS TO EXEMPT INFORMATION AND REVIEW OF BUSINESS PRACTICES (this report will follow)
