To receive any apologies for absence.
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any
matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having
regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the
County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst
the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with
paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the
relevant debate.

To consider the report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs proposing a Business Plan covering the work of the River Hamble Harbour Authority for the period 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011.
8. HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs summarising the incidents and events in the Harbour from 19 September 2009. (Any incidents or events which take place after publication of this agenda will be reported at the meeting).
9. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs informing the Board of a number of current issues pertaining to the management of the River Hamble.
10. ENVIRONMENT UPDATE
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs outlining a summary of issues relevant to the environment management of the Harbour since June 2009.
11. HARBOUR WORKS CONSENT - WARSASH MARITIME COLLEGE JETTY CAPITAL DREDGE (SOUTHAMPTON SOLENT UNIVERSITY)
To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs detailing the application for Harbour Works Consent to undertake a capital dredge of the area around the Warsash Maritime Academy Jetty during the Winter 2009/2010 period.
