1. PROJECT APPRAISAL: M27 JUNCTION 5 IMPROVEMENT SCHEME - PHASE 2
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the implementation of Phase 2 of the M27 junction 5 improvement scheme.
2. REVISED FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS FOR COUNCILS FOR VOLUNTARY SERVICES
To consider a report of the Chief Executive seeking approval for a revised approach to funding for the Councils of Voluntary Services.
3. PROPOSED WHITEHILL-BORDON ECO-TOWN - THE COUNTY COUNCIL'S RESPONSE
To consider a report of the Chief Executive recommending that the County Council's involvement with the project be strengthened in relation to its contribution to planning, project management and subsequent delivery of enhanced services to the town.
4. HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL SUPPORT FOR THE ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY
To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning the availability of the County Council's services to the armed forces community.

5. GRANTS TO VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS
To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning applications received from Voluntary and Community Organisations for financial assistance.
6. REQUEST FOR TRANSPORT COSTS FOR SCHOOL PUPILS TO ATTEND THE ROYAL VISIT OF PRINCESS ANNE TO SOUTHAMPTON
To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services requesting a grant to cover transport costs for school pupils attending the Royal Visit of Princess Anne to Southampton.
7. GRANT TO COMMUNITY ACTION HAMPSHIRE - SCHOOL FOR SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS
To consider a report of the Director of Economic Development proposing a grant to Community Action Hampshire over three years to sponsor five to six places per year in the newly established School for Social Entrepreneurs.
8. OUTSIDE BODIES
To consider a report of the Chief Executive concerning appointments to various outside bodies and the addition of the Fordingbridge and District Community Association to the approved list.
9. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES - REVIEW OF RENTS IN APRIL 2010
To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning rental levels of the County Council's residential portfolio with effect from 1 April 2010.
10. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 & 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
