To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services recommending the approach to the early years single funding formula.
2. AIMING HIGH FOR DISABLED CHILDREN - ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ACCESS TO SPECIALIST CARE SERVICES
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval for the eligibility criteria for providing access to specialist services.
3. AMENDMENT TO THE SCHOOL UNIFORM GRANT (SECONDARY) POLICY
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on proposals to amend the County Council's policy on providing school uniform grants to secondary age pupils.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Children's Services seeking agreement to the current financial issues that were being addressed within the 2009/10 budget and the management action required in areas of particular pressures.
5. PRIMARY CAPITAL PROGRAMME
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the proposed Primary Capital Programme strategy linked to the emerging Building Schools for the Future strategies to transform learning and wider outcomes for Hampshire's Young People.
6. CHINEHAM PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL - CONSULTATION ON FUTURE
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services providing details of the outcomes on the consultations on the proposal to close Chineham Park Primary School.
7. PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE NUMBER AND TYPE OF CHILDREN'S CENTRES IN HAMPSHIRE
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on proposals for the re-alignment of the notional catchment areas of nine children's centres and the change of two children's centres from full core offer to graduated models.
8. EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT IN HAMPSHIRE 2009 - RESULTS AND FUTURE PRIORITIES
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the assessment, test and examination data for children in early years, those in primary schools and those in secondary schools up to the age of 16.
9. THE FUTURE OF PRIMARY CURRICULUM IN HAMPSHIRE
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the proposed changes to the Primary National Curriculum.
10. ADOPTED THE IN YEAR CO-ORDINATED SCHEME FOR 2010/11
