A. KEY DECISIONS
1. AUTHORITY TO TENDER FOR TERM CONTRACT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT 2011-2016
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking authority to tender the term contract for the installation and maintenance of traffic signal and associated equipment for an initial period of three years from July 2011.
B. NON-KEY DECISIONS
2. REVENUE BUDGET 2010/11, 2011/12 AND 2012/13
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Environment revenue budget for 2010/11 and a provisional budget for 2011/12 and 2012/13.
3. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2010/11, 2011/12 AND 2012/13
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Environment capital programme for 2010/11 to 2012/13.
4. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2009/10 QUARTER 3
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the third quarter capital programme budget monitoring position for the 2009/10 financial year.
5. APPROACH TO LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN 3
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending approval for a proposed timetable for the Local Transport Plan development.
6. PROJECT APPRAISAL: BIRCHETT ROAD - STATION ROAD, ALDERSHOT - ACCESSIBILITY AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending approval for the project appraisal for pedestrian and accessibility improvements in Station Road and the junction of Hippodrome House, Station Road, Birchett Road in Aldershot Town Centre, at an estimated cost of £385,000, through external funding.
7. COMMUNITY TRANSPORT VEHICLE GRANTS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending vehicle grants to community transport operators using funds from the Local Transport Plan Capital Programme for 2009/10.
8. COUNTY COUNCIL'S TRANSPORT CONTRIBUTIONS POLICY
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking the approval of a list of transport improvement schemes that will support the seeking of Transport Contributions in the Test Valley District in accordance with the adopted County Council's Transport Contributions Policy
9. THE LONDON PLAN - WASTE MANAGEMENT IMPLICATIONS
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the implications for Hampshire of the policies for waste and resource management contained in the Consultation Draft Replacement Plan for London.
10. APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES - TO FILL VACANCIES
To consider making appointments to various outside bodies and other organisations within the Environment portfolio where there are vacancies.
