    To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on detailed proposals for the 2010/11 revenue budget, provisional budgets for 2011/12 and 2012/13 and a revised budget for 2009/10.

2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME FOR 2010/11 TO 2012/13

    To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on the proposed Capital Programme for 2010/11 to 2012/13.

3. OUTLINE PROPOSAL FOR FUTURE STATIC LIBRARY PROVISION IN HAMPSHIRE

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs outlining proposals for improving library service provision in Hampshire.

4. PROPOSED CHANGES TO LIBRARY CHARGES

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs concerning activities aimed at improving library service provision and seeking approval to the variation in the fees charged.

5. CULTURE, COMMUNITIES AND RURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENTAL BUSINESS PLAN - AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on the proposed key themes aims and outcomes of the departmental business plan.

6. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING TO INDEPENDENT CHARITABLE OUTDOOR CENTRES 2009/10 (MARWELL WILDLIFE EDUCATION SERVICE)

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs concerning an application for partnership funding for the Marwell Wildlife Education Service in 2009/10.

7. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2009/10

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs concerning applications received for financial assistance towards community facilities in Eastleigh, East Hampshire, Fareham and Test Valley.

8. SUPPORT FOR INDEPENDENT ARTS ORGANISATIONS 2010/11 AND FORWARD INDICATIONS

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs concerning applications received for funding from independent arts organisations.

9. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2009/10 - COUNTRYSIDE SERVICE

    To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs regarding applications received for financial assistance from voluntary bodies and other organisations working in the field of countryside management and conservation.
