    To consider a report from the Director of Adult Services seeking endorsement of the inter-agency Learning Disability Strategy for Hampshire "Ordinary People Leading Ordinary Lives".

2. REVENUE BUDGET 2010/11, 2011/12 AND 2012/13

      To consider a report from the County Treasurer and Director of Adult Services seeking approval for the submission to the Leader and Cabinet of the revised budget for 2009/10, detailed proposals for the 2010/11 budget and provisional budgets for 2011/12 and 2012/13.

    To consider a report from the Director of Adult Services seeking approval for the submission to the Leader and Cabinet of the proposed capital programme for 2010/11 to 2012/13.
