    To receive any apologies for absence.

    2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any

    matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having

    regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the

    County Councils' Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting

    whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in

    accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made

    at the time of the relevant debate.

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer seeking approval to the Improvement Action Plan and the Strategic Risk Register.

    6. TRANSPORT FOR SOUTH HAMPSHIRE - BUDGET MONITORING

    REPORT

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer regarding the current forecast outturn for revenue and capital budgets for the current financial year and seeking approval for the revised revenue budget allocation.

    7. DELIVERING A SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT SYSTEM

        To receive a verbal presentation from the Director of Environment.

    8. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN 3

      To consider a report of Portsmouth Director of Environment seeking approval to governance structure for the development of the South Hampshire Sub-Regional Strategy for the Local Transport Plan 3.

    9. A SOUTH HAMPSHIRE SMARTCARD

        To consider a report of the Southampton Director of Environment giving an update on the sub regional Smartcard and its funding.

    10. SOUTH HAMPSHIRE MULTI AREA AGREEMENT

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to the refreshed South Hampshire Multi-Area Agreement.

    11. REDUCE STRATEGY

      To receive a verbal update from the Director of Environment.
