Applying to a church school on faith grounds

You will need to complete an extra form called the Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

The SIF asks for a declaration and verification of your Christian commitment.

Obtaining a SIF

Contact your preferred school for a SIF.

NB. For voluntary controlled schools only, the SIF is also available to download and print.

Returning the SIF

Return your completed SIF to the school by the application deadline.

If you do not return the form by the deadline your application cannot be considered on faith grounds. This may reduce your chances of being offered a place.
