Transport assistance for September 2018/2019

Please be aware that the Post-16 Transport policy for 2018/19 is being considered following a recent consultation. The new policy has not yet been determined and we are unable to confirm individual student’s eligibility until the outcome of this consultation is known. The Executive Lead Member for Children’s Services will be considering any proposed revisions to the policy at his Decision Day Meeting on the 9 of May 2018.

We may require further information from yourselves and will contact you to request this if/when necessary.

Mainstream infant, junior, and primary schools

If your child receives free travel assistance and is staying at the same school in September you do not need to apply. A new pass will be issued before the start of the new term.

A new application must be completed if you change address.

Privilege transport

Privilege Transport provides the opportunity - for those not entitled to transport - to purchase and use a spare seat on pre-existing Home to School Transport routes contracted by Hampshire County Council. If you wish to apply for the remainder of the 2017/18 school year please use the links below:

Applications for the 2018/19 academic year can be made via an online application from this website on or after the 28 May 2018.  To submit an application for mainstream or SEN privilege transport please visit us again on or after Monday 28 May 2018 when the application process is open.
