Emergency phoneline
The School Transport service also runs an emergency phoneline which can be used to report safeguarding concerns, an accident or incident, or to report route cancellations expected within the next 24 hours. You can call the service for emergencies only on 01962 846924.
The emergency phoneline is open between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays and school holidays). For calls outside of these hours, please use the online enquiry form. You can also report emergencies using the form which would be treated as high priority.

101: the police non-emergency number
Phone 101 to report community safety issues including non-emergency crime, policing and anti-social behaviour.
This number can be used outside of normal office hours.
