Emergency phoneline

The School Transport service also runs an emergency phoneline which can be used to report safeguarding concerns, an accident or incident, or to report route cancellations expected within the next 24 hours. You can call the service for emergencies only on 01962 846924.

For calls about anything else, you will be directed to use the online enquiry form.

In an emergency dial 999 or 112 to contact the police, fire brigade, ambulance or coastguard

101: the police non-emergency number

Phone 101 to report community safety issues including non-emergency crime, policing and anti-social behaviour.

This number can be used outside of normal office hours.
