Our vision
We work to upskill staff to make appropriate adjustments and develop practices that support inclusion. We also support children and young people to:
- access education
- be ready to learn
- work towards independence
- develop self awareness
- make decisions
- engage with peers
- manage transitions
The Communication and Interaction Team work alongside the HIAS SEN Team of SEN Inspector/Advisors and Teaching and Learning Advisors.
