Options and settings

On screen options

On your screen you'll see a variety of options to choose from.

Meet now

The 'Meet now' function can be used to start a meeting by manually adding participants. It allows you to access the HCC address book and add participants using their name.

Call

The 'Call' option allows you to dial a participant using their phone number. This can be used to call external numbers.

Share

The 'Share' option should not be used as sharing should be done once a meeting has started using instruction for presenting though the meeting room screen.

More

The 'More' option opens additional settings which should not be used.

Video bar call settings

The video bar has touchscreen settings which can be changed when required, however please revert back to the default settings at the end of your meeting.

You can switch on/off the camera using the camera icon. You can mute/unmute the audio of the meeting room using the microphone icon. The default is for these to be switched on.

You can add participants to the live meeting using the people icon.

The volume defaults to 75%.

There is a share button, however this will not work. You can share your screen by following the instructions on presenting through the meeting room screen.
