Care at home careers

Choose a career in care. Change Lives. Start with Yours.

What is "Care at Home"?

“Care at Home” is part of our Independent Living at home services. Hampshire County Council believe that the best environment for most people to live is in their own home. This could be connected into the local community, supported by family, friends and the voluntary sector, and/or with a care package to meet their personal care needs and to help with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, preparing meals or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

If you would like to be part of the valued workforce who make a real difference to people’s life by ensuring they can continue to live independently at home a career in care is for you!

Hampshire County Council arrange care at home for over 4,000 residents mainly through our 4 primary care providers.
