There is also a variety of roles available and plenty of chances for career progression.
What is Domiciliary Care and why choose a career with one of our primary providers
Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but require additional support with activities, including personal care, household tasks and any other activity that allows them to maintain both their independence and quality of life. Hampshire County Council arranges domiciliary care for over 4,500 number residents and our primary providers are the preferred domiciliary care providers when arranging services of care. Through this arrangement care workers benefit from better working conditions, paid travel expenses as well as building a career in care.
