A supported start to your career as a Registered Nurse

For newly registered nurses, stepping into your first role can be both exciting and challenging. We’re committed to helping newly qualified staff build strong, confident foundations for their careers. • Guidance from experienced senior practitioners.
  • Structured support to build confidence, autonomy and professional identity.

By investing in early career development, we’re helping nurses feel supported from day one - empowering you to provide the best possible outcomes for the people and communities we serve in Hampshire.

What you'll do

We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and bed based reablement for hospital leavers, so no two days are ever the same.
