    Our social workers are afforded five days CPD per year to expand their knowledge and further improve their practice. Our dedicated Workforce development team also provide an array of tailored training courses, hosted at our many offices and venues across the county.

    As part of our ongoing investment into transforming our social care practice, all of our practitioners are given mobile phones and hybrid devices, affording them the functionality to work flexibly and remotely.

    We offer help with relocation of up to £8,500, for qualified social workers who are moving to Hampshire, to help them settle into their new area and new role as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The discounts are offered by public transport operators and cycle shops and are not set by the Council. They can be reduced or withdrawn at any time.
