Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) network

Our BME Staff Network is all about supporting and empowering our members. We work together with other networks to promote equality, diversity and inclusion. We:

• make sure issues are considered for staff of Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds
• champion racial equality within the County Council, both as an employer and a service provider
• provide opportunities for all staff to learn about BME and racial issues
• help BME staff progress in their roles within the County Council
