Carers and Working Parents Network

our Carers and working parents network is a friendly and supportive group of colleagues from across the council who juggle caring and/or parental responsibilities alongside their roles, or who want to support carer and working parent equality. We:

• provide a safe and supportive space to share views, experiences and concerns
• offer advice to colleagues who ask for help in a safe and inclusive environment
• give all staff learning opportunities to find out about the challenges faced by carers and working parents
• create opportunities to influence and improve policies, practices and service design within Hampshire County Council
