Staff Disability Network

Our Disability Network aims to make our workplace welcoming for everyone, no matter their disability. We:

• point employees and managers to disability support and advice
• offer a space for staff with visible and non-visible disabilities, including neurodiverse conditions, mental health issues and long-term medical conditions, to connect and share
• offer learning opportunities about disabilities for everyone at work
• help colleagues make their products, services and processes accessible and inclusive
