Charging schedule agreement

A licence charge is made for re-use of the data under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations, unless you state in the form that you will not re-use the data. Charges may be waived for voluntary conservation bodies, local interest groups, students and the public.

Fast track service

If you need data faster than within the standard 10 working days, we offer a fast track service where we provide your data within 3 working days. There is a 50% surcharge for this service. Please contact us first to check we have staff availability to meet a fast track request, before you select this option on the form.

Fast track requests that have not been discussed and agreed before you submit your form are treated as standard requests.
