We will provide a plan and information on:
- any public rights of way on, or next to, your search area
- identification number of paths and how the public can use them
- any applications to amend the definitive map
- any applications to register a new town or village green
- Commons and village green register search

We will provide:
- an explanatory letter
- copies of the relevant entries from the Register
- Request a search

You will need to upload a plan (using an Ordnance Survey map) showing the exact boundary of the area of land you wish to search. A Land Registry plan is ideal.
Current charge: £104.30 plus VAT.
We aim to reply within seven working days.
We are unable to perform searches over the telephone.
*Please note that application fees will not be refunded if an application is withdrawn after the County Council has processed it.
