Find an adopted person

It can be a difficult decision to give your child up for adoption and be a decision that impacts on other members of the birth family now and in the future. An Intermediary Service is available through the Adoption Support Services Team, whereby you can meet with one of the Team and we can advise you on the process of making contact with an adopted person. It is not always possible to pursue a reunion, we can offer support during this sensitive and emotional time.
