Team around the Child (TAC) meetings
There will be a variety of reasons why practitioners need to plan a team around the child (TAC) meeting. A child may have many professionals working with them and a TAC meeting can help to plan support effectively without duplication or overwhelming a family.
The templates will help you to support the family to think about any immediate needs and how the professionals present can help the Early Years practitioner or childminder to ensure that these needs are addressed. There are several documents below to support you with that process, from planning to writing to circulating the plan of the meeting. These templates can be downloaded and used each time you require them.
