Early Years Inclusion Co-ordinator Services

Inclusion is the process of removing barriers to participation and learning so that everyone benefits fully from educational opportunities

Due to the recent outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, Services for Young Children (SFYC) are no longer able to accept paper Portage referrals through the post. Parents and early years settings can download the referral form and email it to childcare@hants.gov.uk, Health professionals will need to send a copy electronically via their local SFYC teams NHS.net account.
