Hampshire early help information for professionals and service providers
Family Help is a multi-agency response to help identify and support children and families in need, helping them to access the right support services at the right time
Family Help services are for families with children aged 0 to 19 years, or up to 25 years for young adults with learning difficulties and or disabilities.
All agencies who work with children and families are responsible for delivering Early Help services in Hampshire. Together, we provide a joined-up, whole-family service to those families in need.
