Allowances and support
We appreciate that fostering isn’t always easy, which is why we offer an extensive allowance, training and support package to help you through your journey.
The fostering journey
We assess all foster carers to make sure they are suitable to look after our Hampshire children. This journey takes approximately four to six months.
What can I expect?
Day-to-day foster care is much like the daily routine of most families. Your role includes standing up for the child and working as part of a team.
