South West Hampshire Safe Haven 111 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, SO50 9DS. You can text or call 07974 124873 or online by video call available between 5pm and 10.30pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Havant & East Hants Mind Children and Young People’s Safe Haven is an out of hours crisis support service for any young person in the Havant Borough aged 11-17 years old. Book an appointment by calling 0300 303 1580 or email [email protected] between 5pm and 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Last appointments are at 7.30pm.

No Limits Safe Haven North East Hampshire and Farnham (covering areas including Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet and Yateley) provides a safe space for children and young people aged 10-17. They offer out of hours emotional and practical mental health support in a confidential and supportive environment. Online, telephone and face-to-face service (by appointment only) in Farnborough.

Basingstoke Adults’ Safe Haven Drop-in 6pm to 10pm, 365 days a year for adults including carers who are experiencing a self-defined mental crisis or emotional distress. Freephone 0300 303 5772. Run by Andover Mind.

Havant & East Hants Mind Adults’ Safe Haven for adults needing immediate crisis support. Freephone 0300 303 1560. Open 365 days a year from 6pm to 10pm or drop in, no appointment needed.

Aldershot Safe Haven for adults needing immediate crisis support. Drop-in open 365 days a year, 6pm to 11pm Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 11pm weekends and bank holidays. Also offers virtual support.

Sasha’s Project is a drop-in centre in Fleet providing a safe, supportive environment for young people age 13 to 25 years olds experiencing suicidal thoughts or who want to prevent a mental health crisis. No appointment or referral needed. Open 9pm to 6am every Friday and Saturday night. Phone (open hours only) 07741 117655.

Shout provides free, in the moment mental health support. Text ‘HANTS’ to 85258 to be connected to a trained volunteer who can help with anxiety, stress, loneliness or depression. Available 24/7.

CALM (Campaign against Living Miserably) offers a helpline on 0800 58 58 58, open 5pm to midnight every day. They also offer webchat/online help.
