Every Mind Matters offers expert advice and practical tips which cover the Five Ways to Wellbeing and other topics such as what to do if you are worried about coronavirus, sleeping better and managing difficult thoughts and feelings.

Mangang is a network of men who believe that it’s not weak to speak. They provide a free from judgement, peer to peer platform for men in Hampshire who struggle with the pressures of modern day life. Meetings in Chandlers Ford, Southampton, and Winchester on Wednesday evenings.
Andy's Man Club offer free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups in Eastleigh, Gosport, Portsmouth and Southampton on Mondays at 7pm.
