NHS Smoking Survey
Help us improve support for people who want to stop smoking – take the survey
We’re working closely with GP practices in Hampshire to understand people’s experiences of smoking and trying to quit. If you smoke now or have smoked in the past, we’d love to hear from you.
Why take part?
Your views will help us develop the best possible support for people who want to stop smoking. It doesn’t matter whether you’re thinking about quitting or not—every perspective counts.
The survey is being run by Hampshire County Council in partnership with local GP surgeries and with NHS ethics approval.
