These are new 1 hour long walks on the 4th Tuesday of the month during the warmer months (May to September)

These walks will be short (approximately 1 mile) along an easy–access path circumnavigating Staunton Lake taking in the stunning views and vistas of the Parkland.

The walk leaders, Rob and Graham will stop at various locations around the woodland to tell facts about Regency landscape, park history and study the Flora and Fauna on display. Interesting photos may be shown along the way along with sensory elements (touching and smelling) of various woodland objects. The content will vary in content as the seasons change throughout the year.

It is important to note that different leaders/rangers take the walks so no walk will be the same, walks will differ from week to week and theme to theme.

Please note that a carer will need to accompany any walker who usually needs such support.

Dates:
The walks will meet at 10:00am at the Coach House/Visitor Centre for a 10.15am start - 11.15am (Approximately).

Cost: There are no costs to the walks

Pay and display parking is available at Staunton Country Park (1hr is £2.50 2hrs is £4.50, 2 hrs+ is £6)
